Refund Policy

We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of packaging and 3 levels of inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage.

  • Indistyle.store offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Also same for Missing items.
  • You'll have to submit a box opening Video or Images to indistyle2022@gmail.com (within 24 Hrs of delivery time) - If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement.
  • Processing Orders: Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Saturday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email our customer service department at indistyle2022@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from IndiStyle, you may send it back to us for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange if necessary. Products bought on the IndiStyle website are the only ones eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns of products bought through third-party online or offline resellers.

Thanks to our generous return and exchange policy, you have the option to return or replace any item purchased from the IndiStyle fashion store within 10 days of receiving the item for any reason.

RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:

The product has all original tags and packaging and is in unused condition. As soon as we get the item in our warehouse and everything passes our quality inspection, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know that everything is in good order.

If a consumer receives the wrong style, the wrong size, or a damaged product, they can return it for a replacement at no additional cost. We will conduct an in-house quality inspection once we have received the returned merchandise. The item will be returned to you via shipping if it fails our quality inspection after pickup.

Please take into account that reversing a pick-up would only be done once per order.

Please follow these instructions to return an item to IndiStyle:

Create a "Return Request" in the "My Orders" area of the website. Once you've hit the "Return" button, proceed with the on-screen prompts. Prepare the item for pickup or ship it to us, depending on the method of return you've selected.

The address provided during the ordering process can take advantage of our pick-up service.

Send us an email if you need to make a return, and we'll take care of it right away. Please include your Order ID, the name of the product, and the SKU in the email.

Our trusted courier service will collect the item right from your front door. On the day of pickup, you will get a text message.

Failed to pick up the case.

If the item is not picked up after three tries, the pickup request will be considered unsuccessful. Get in touch with us at “Contact details” to learn more.

If you return an item within 10 days of purchase to IndiStyle due to a size mismatch or a manufacturing flaw, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. However, the availability of stocks affects every possible trade.

The size exchange policy is the only one that applies. You can exchange it for a different size or another item of the same size. We advise customers who wish to make a product swap to return their original purchase for a refund and buy the replacement item separately.

Please note that returns and exchanges will be accepted for all legitimate orders.
